Kayden Schaper is the Founder and Broker of Anchor Commercial Real Estate (Anchor CRE), a firm focused on commercial property management, asset performance, and value-driven investment advisory across Central Florida. Kayden founded Anchor CRE with a clear objective: to deliver a more disciplined, hands-on approach to commercial real estate—one centered on improving asset performance, increasing NOI, and protecting long-term value. His work is grounded in the belief that properties should be managed as operating assets, not just leased or sold.

He specializes in industrial, flex, office, retail and mixed-use properties, including single-tenant, multi-tenant, as well as land and redevelopment opportunities. Kayden works closely with property owners, investors, and developers to identify operational inefficiencies, reduce expenses, and unlock value through strategic management and repositioning.

What sets Kayden apart is his dual expertise in real estate and construction. As a licensed General Contractor, he brings a practical understanding of building systems, construction costs, and capital improvements—allowing him to evaluate properties beyond surface-level financials. This insight leads to more accurate underwriting, stronger maintenance planning, and better long-term asset performance.

Prior to founding Anchor CRE, Kayden spent over five years in the construction industry, primarily focused on commercial tenant buildouts. Starting as a superintendent and advancing to senior project management roles. This experience continues to inform his approach to asset management and investment strategy.

Beyond his professional work, Kayden is actively involved in the local business community through organizations such as the Rotary Club, local Chambers of Commerce, and VCard networks. His goal is to build lasting partnerships with clients by delivering reliable management, measurable results, and assets that perform over time.
